Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your email accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
